Controller

Controller details must be added before launch: legal name, address, contact email, and any required business identifiers.

Data We Process

We may process Discord account identifiers, username, avatar, email if provided by Discord, selected plan, credit balance, Friend ID, trade log entries, payment status, support messages, technical logs, IP address, browser data, and cookie preferences.

Purpose And Legal Basis

We process data to provide the service, manage accounts, handle payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the feature, the legal basis may be contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, or legal obligation.

Payments

Payments should be handled by an external payment provider. Team G Farm should not store full card details. Add the payment provider name and link to its privacy policy before launch.

Retention

Account and billing-related records are kept as long as needed for service delivery, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal retention duties. Trade and support records should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
